Despite a recent report from Rolling Stone that stated Beach Boys founder and guitarist Al Jardine said the band will reunite in 2011 to celebrate the band's 50th anniversary, singer Mike Love tells Billboard.com that any talk of a reunion is premature. "There have been a lot of ideas floated, but nothing decided," Love says. "So far it's just conversation. There are no big plans yet - although there's a lot of interest . . . But so far nothing's firm."

"There have been a lot of ideas floated, but nothing decided," Love says. "So far it's just conversation. There are no big plans yet - although there's a lot of interest from a lot of people to see what would happen if we got together and did some new music and maybe did some shows. But so far nothing's firm."

This is seemingly in contrast to what Jardine told Rolling Stone when he said, "We're definitely doing at least one show - you heard it first. It's a big deal. I don't know where it will be yet, but it'll probably be free. Golden Gate Park was mentioned, as was the [National] Mall in Washington, D.C. and the north shore of Chicago by the beach."

At the conference, the Canadian singer/songwriter was asked about the tour's financial success and what she thinks will be in store for future Lilith Fairs. McLachlan responded: "Yes, we've had drawbacks, but I'm having an amazing time. I've tried to put the financial stuff on a shelf . . ."

At the conference, the Canadian singer/songwriter was asked about the tour's financial success and what she thinks will be in store for future Lilith Fairs.

McLachlan responded: "Yes, we've had drawbacks, but I'm having an amazing time. I've tried to put the financial stuff on a shelf . . . we started out with a big bang with more than 100 artists. I think next year, I will pare that back a bit."

She went on to say: "We came into this in a tough economic climate, and we did not know how challenging it would be. But to look out there and see every one of those fans watching in the pouring rain, there is a real power you get from that."

McLachlan just released her seventh studio album, Laws of Illusion, on June 15. She expects to hit the road for a tour in support of the offering later this year.

Leona Lewis has connected with producer Dallas Austin to work on the re-release of Echo, which is set to hit shelves sometime before Christmas. According to a report from the Mirror, Lewis and Austin have recorded some new material that will be included on the deluxe version of the album. The new tracks are reportedly influenced by Lewis' recent breakup with Lou Al-Chamaa. "She's putting her heartbreak into her music," a source tells the Mirror.
