Rimes recently finalized her divorce from New York chef Dean Sheremet. Rimes made national headlines after word broke that she was ending her marriage to Sheremet to be with Cibrian, who she met while working on the 2009 film Northern Lights.

"It's somewhere [Cibrian's] kids know and it allows Mason to stay in the same school district, which was important to them, that there's continuity for him," the source added. "They take [moving in with the kids] with a lot of responsibility. They want to make sure that it was done in the right way."

Rimes' new album, Lady and Gentleman, is set to hit stores October 5.

They were meant to be publicity shots for the tour but were never used.

The pictures are available in Bozzett's new memoir on Bon Jovi called Sex, Drugs and Bon Jovi, which hit stores this week. It wasn't until after Marino died, however, that Bon Jovi was nervous about the photo being leaked.

In the book Bozzett writes, "A panic-stricken Jon Bon Jovi immediately called up Doc [McGhee, his manager] to tell him that we needed to track down the pictures as soon as possible."

A spokesperson of Bon Jovi said: "This is an outtake of a photo shoot. Everyone should be so lucky at 22 years old."

Carrie Underwood has revealed that she is considering putting together an acoustic tour next year. The "Cowboy Casanova" singer explained the reasons why she is considering the idea in a recent interview with The Boot. "I might follow [the September tour] next year with an acoustic tour," she says. "That would be just about my favorite thing . . . my love is singing, and I could stand in front of a microphone and just do that all day long and be so happy with that."
