AC/DC, Ozzy Featured On New Madden Soundtrack

Electronic Arts is coming out with a new game in its popular Madden football franchise, Madden NFL 11, and has just released the tracklisting for the game's soundtrack, which contains a heaping dose of rock. This time around, the game will focus on creating an in-stadium experience complete with hard rock favorites such as Ozzy Osbourne, AC/DC, KISS and Guns N' Roses. "It's an exciting new audio direction for Madden NFL," says Steve Schnur, an EA executive.

Cars Hint At Possible Reunion

The surviving members of the Cars have hinted at a possible reunion by posting a photo on Facebook of the bandmembers back in the studio. All surviving members - Ric Ocasek, Elliot Easton, Greg Hawkes and David Robinson - are present and shown together in the studio. There has been no official announcement of a reunion but the band did include a caption with the photo that reads, "Anyone in the mood for a reunion by the Cars?"

Jagger And Scorsese Bringing Rock Drama To HBO

Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger have revealed that they are working on a rock and roll drama for HBO. The new project, History of Music, tells the story of two friends and their 40 years together working in the music industry. Terence Winter - who previously wrote and produced for The Sopranos - and Jagger are expected to produce the series. Scorsese will direct. The film will feature guest appearances from Bill Clinton, Jack White and others.

Provocative Photo Of Jon Bon Jovi Revealed

A raunchy photo of Jon Bon Jovi was released this week by one of his former tour managers, Rich Bozzett. The ex-manager claims that he was cheated out of millions of dollars from another associate of the famous New Jersey frontman. Jovi stars in a series of photos, which were taken by famed photographer Ross Marino in 1985 during the 7800º Fahrenheit tour. The centerpiece of the collection displays Bon Jovi stretched out on a bed nuzzling four topless women.

Jimmy Eat World To Take Off On North American Fall Tour

Jimmy Eat World are preparing to take off on a North American tour this fall in support of their upcoming studio album Invented, due out September 28. The run will kick off in Atlanta on September 21 and wrap up in Toronto on October 17. Courtney Marie Andrews, a backup singer for several of the band's new tracks, will join them on the road. Civil Twilight will open for the Atlanta and Asheville shows, while We Were Promised Jetpacks will open the rest.
