Electronic Arts is coming out with a new game in its popular Madden football franchise, Madden NFL 11, and has just released the tracklisting for the game's soundtrack, which contains a heaping dose of rock. This time around, the game will focus on creating an in-stadium experience complete with hard rock favorites such as Ozzy Osbourne, AC/DC, KISS and Guns N' Roses. "It's an exciting new audio direction for Madden NFL," says Steve Schnur, an EA executive.

This time around, the game will focus on creating an in-stadium experience complete with hard rock favorites such as Ozzy Osbourne, AC/DC, KISS and Guns N' Roses. For the past ten years, the franchise has showcased new artists and it is just now that they have decided to return to the classics.

Songs like KISS' "Rock and Roll All Nite," AC/DC's "Thunderstruck," "Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns 'N' Roses and Ozzy Osbourne's "Crazy Train" will appear on the soundtrack.

"The term 'Madden Music' has come to mean music that matches the intensity of the video game," says Steve Schnur, Worldwide Executive of Music and Marketing for EA. "This year, we wanted the music to not only define the game, but also the stadium experience. These are the classics that consistently bring NFL crowds to their feet."

Schnur goes on to say: "It's an exciting new audio direction for Madden NFL, one that we know all fans will respond to. There is nothing like the experience of live football in a packed stadium, and the Madden NFL 11 soundtrack absolutely brings that excitement home."

Madden NFL 11 is slated to drop on August 10 and will be available for several game systems.

The surviving members of the Cars have hinted at a possible reunion by posting a photo on Facebook of the bandmembers back in the studio. All surviving members - Ric Ocasek, Elliot Easton, Greg Hawkes and David Robinson - are present and shown together in the studio. There has been no official announcement of a reunion but the band did include a caption with the photo that reads, "Anyone in the mood for a reunion by the Cars?"

The Cars broke up in 1988. This was followed by the death of original bandmember Benjamin Orr, who died in 2000 of pancreatic cancer. In 2005, Elliot Easton and Greg Hawkes joined with Todd Rundgren, Prairie Prince and Kasim Sulton to form the New Cars.

Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger have revealed that they are working on a rock and roll drama for HBO. The new project, History of Music, tells the story of two friends and their 40 years together working in the music industry. Terence Winter - who previously wrote and produced for The Sopranos - and Jagger are expected to produce the series. Scorsese will direct. The film will feature guest appearances from Bill Clinton, Jack White and others.

The ex-manager claims that he was cheated out of millions of dollars from another associate of the famous New Jersey frontman. Jovi stars in a series of photos, which were taken by famed photographer Ross Marino in 1985 during the 7800º Fahrenheit tour. The centerpiece of the collection displays Bon Jovi stretched out on a bed nuzzling four topless women.

The pictures are available in Bozzett's new memoir on Bon Jovi called Sex, Drugs and Bon Jovi, which hit stores this week. It wasn't until after Marino died, however, that Bon Jovi was nervous about the photo being leaked.

In the book Bozzett writes, "A panic-stricken Jon Bon Jovi immediately called up Doc [McGhee, his manager] to tell him that we needed to track down the pictures as soon as possible."

A spokesperson of Bon Jovi said: "This is an outtake of a photo shoot. Everyone should be so lucky at 22 years old."

Jimmy Eat World are preparing to take off on a North American tour this fall in support of their upcoming studio album Invented, due out September 28. The run will kick off in Atlanta on September 21 and wrap up in Toronto on October 17. Courtney Marie Andrews, a backup singer for several of the band's new tracks, will join them on the road. Civil Twilight will open for the Atlanta and Asheville shows, while We Were Promised Jetpacks will open the rest.

Jimmy Eat World are gearing up to take off on a North American tour this fall in support of their upcoming studio album Invented, due out September 28. The run will kick off in Atlanta on September 21 and wrap up in Toronto on October 17.
